My wife and I during our 24 years together have sold 4 homes that we have shared together as our residence. By far the agents we have used have all done an excellent job for us. One really stands out of the four to be an exceptional agent and that was Adrian Campbell of Aldinga Beach Realty.

We bought our home in Maslin Beach in March 2021. After 3 years of living in our new home we decided it was too large for us as we approached our senior years and decided to sell to downsize.

The market appeared to be the right time to sell. We also both agreed that it was important to select an agent that would achieve the best sale price for us.

We interviewed 3 agents and requested they each present a report to us. The report included a fair evaluation of the property, provide a target price that the agent was confident he could achieve and a list of maintenance items that needed to be completed before the first open. Adrian’s report was very comprehensive and thorough.

Adrians report and the confidence he presented was the reason we chose him to be our agent. Adrian was very transparent and honest and provided us a quotation of costs that was required and ensured us that it was the minimum to efficiently sell the house. His costs were also the lowest of the three.

During our first opening, Adrian sold our house at a value that he had predicted. My wife, Julia, and I were very happy with his performance and would recommend his services whether selling or buying.

Adrian was very professional in his manner and was very comfortable to work with.

As I am disabled, I was not able to do the work to present my investment property well but he managed to secure an off market buyer and negotiated a price well above my expectation so I didn't have to hire contractors etc

My partner and I recently sold a property in Aberfoyle Par and the agent that represented us was Adrian Campbell
This was our first experience at selling a property in Australia having arrived in the country 4 years ago so it was a pretty daunting task for us.
This letter is to place on record our many thanks to Adrian for the job he did for us.
In my opinion, estate agents are on a hiding to nothing due to the very nature of their jobs and some unscrupulous characters employed within the industry. Due to this there is a large amount of negative press surrounding the industry.
I would like to balance this as our experience selling our house was relatively painless in comparison to some I know and I place sole responsibility for this on the professionalism and dedication shown by Adrian.
My partner and I sold our property in a downsizing exercise and from the outset Adrian clearly went above and beyond what we were expecting in relation to the sale of our house. He spent many hours with us talking us through the entire process before the house had even gone to market.
Adrian made it clear from the outset that he was not only selling our home but was also there to ensure we sold on our terms that were favourable to us. In addition he said he was available to assist us with any potential new homes we had identified to buy and he would advise us accordingly which he did on several occasions and which the advice proved invaluable
I found him very personable to deal with and he always put my Sacha and I at ease.
He always calmly maintained that the right person would walk through the door and would fall in love with the place as we did when we bought it.
Sure enough, Adrian was right and we sold the property for what we saw as an excellent price, again, solely due to Adrian's persistence and skill.
Adrian is a real credit to the Real Estate industry when it comes to selling a home and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and associates.
He will always be my first choice should I find myself in the position of selling another property.
